What a horrific story! This groomer is the groomer from hell! She needs to be put out of business!
You could contact the local newspapers so they can publish your story. Maybe some other unsatisfied customers of her come forward and you could go against her together. I would also contact Animal Control and ask if they have any advice and of course City Council and the local Camber of Commerce. They need to know of such a bad reputaded business in your town!
