Usually show potential pups aren't sold until they are about 6 months old. It is not only unwise for an exhibitor to buy a pup without even talking to the breeder, it is irresponsible for a breeder to sell a pup to anyone without at least knowing something about that person. With the economy on shakey ground I would be worried about getting a decent price for the pups at all and give up any idea of being paid for the extra time that they have been in your home. I would have questions about someone who wanted to buy 4 pups sight unseen especially with full registration. Where are your contracts? I'd rethink the whole deal, give the woman back her money and start again. IMO this was a really bad judgement call on your part. Best to learn from the mistake and start over.
