When I first got my puppy at 3.5months, I fed her 1/2 cup of kibble a day. I divide it to 4 meals per day.

When it comes to feeding Chino, I just pour it in the dish and let him eat when ever he wants to. He eats throughout the day, but a bite here and there. I do notice I only have to feed him once every two days if that. Is this okay or am I suppose to pick his food up?
