Spoon? What spoon are you using to feed her?
If she's still eating, just less, I wouldn't worry much. How much does she weigh? Maybe 3 "spoons" is a bit much for her small tummy? What are you feeding her? What is the instruction on the bag? Maybe she doesn't like the taste of the kibble? All this is possible.
