It is very good to know that there aare dedicated people who will stop at nothing, no matter how long it takes, to bring someone to justice. Dogs will love you unconditionally, even when they are being hurt. My heart goes out to that poor girl. And, I agree with everyone else. Throw him out the window and then let him serve the maximum.
