One more thing to add.... I thought my Dax would be traumitized to go to the groomer again but because of this great lady I found he still loves it. When you take your baby the next time to someone new try not to have anxiety about it and your baby will not feel your apprehension and be afraid. Good luck and I hope even if you do not end up sueing that you make sure others know about what happened. I did not try to sue Petco grooming but I did give them plenty of undesireable free advertising
