You most deffinately CAN sue and you should! They cut a CHUNK out of your babies ear!! The groomer is not the one legally responsible the owner is, since she is the one who hired her and assumes responsablity for the bussiness. This is why she is licenced and not the groomer.... I am so sorry this happened. Your poor pup, what a retarded owner telling you it will grow back, it sound as though this woman needs to go back to school, last time I checked if you cut off a body part you can't grow it back.
