Does anyone know why her coat would be very thin? (I don't mean the hair being fine in texture-the actual amount of the hair is thin in certain places.)

My 5 month old puppy is just like that! When I got her it didn't concern me at all. But after a month of having her and noticing her hair grows very slowly it got me thinking. Her coat now became thicker but not that long. However, the hair on her nose hardly grew at all. The hair on the back of her ears is still short. I don't know. I might as well wait and see.
