I guess I would say... what kind of friend is she if she will not communicate with you what is going on. Those are YOUR puppies and YOU alone have the right to sell them to anyone you want. And to back out if you do not feel right about it. I think I would sell the puppies elsewhere and be prepared to return the deposit just to get out of selling them to this lady. The thing that bothers me is, WHO is this lady? WHO buys 4 puppies at once except a puppymill? I would not sell MY puppies to someone who I could not meet and see what environment they are going to. YOU alone hold all the cards.. NO ONE CAN MAKE YOU SELL THE PUPPIES TO THIS LADY. If you want to be respected as a responsible breeder, I would NOT go thru with this deal. It makes it sound like it is all about the money and NOT about the best interest of these puppies. That is just how I read it.
