I bake Conner's chicken (boneless, skinless chicken breasts) in a broiler pan. Any fat goes to the bottom of the pan. I make enough for about 2 weeks. I cut up the chicken and put in individual small containers (Rubbermaid). I take out the containers the night before for the next day.
