Had a beutiful litter of yorkie pups back in may friend came to help with some placenta problems
got on here and ask for help
we posted pic of the mom and litter that night.
by the next day i get a call from my friend asking what will i take for four at 12 weeks
i gave her a deal knowing she was going to help move the pups faster
I agreed to a price as of 12 weeks them pay shipping. I have never shipped a pup
took a while got a small deposit brought to me by my friend in cash
the pups are right at 60 days past due of leaving my home and i was in an accident
couldnt get anywhere with the friend on where my money was or if they were still getting them.
i sent an email for her telling her after the 12 weeks the deposit was no longer valid as i do with anyone i make an agreement with. i told in the email that if they still wanted the pups they would have to pay the whole amount before including the deposit they had lost.
Which i thought fair giving i was injured and had to hire people in to care for pups which i could have already moved at earlier age locally
To make a long story short
I dont know how to contact the lady sending the money expecting pups except through my friend.
i sent an email through her to tell the other person involved when they were 50 days late i could no longer just accept the original price and what i was willing to work with her with
again no response
This lady still believes she is getting 4 pups at the original price.
I havent been paid for the extra time or deposit lost and my friend is now upset im going to cause her to be mixed up in a lawsuit i feel im caught in the middle and my friend has let me down by not representing me in my best intrest and i have lost money on this litter which i could easily make up by sending 3 pups and selling another to make up for the difference i am owed.
But my friend has told me she has talked to a lawyer friend and now she feels caught in the middle
i have no idea of the amount she charged the person for the pups i do know how much i have recieved and even if the agreement had been kept by the third party i havent recieved all of that either.
Im torn between trusting a fellow yorkie friend as well as dissapointing a lady that i believe thinks she has four on the way to her as of this sunday and
i really dont know what to do. My friend hasnt given me any contact info at all for this third party. i dont want to sound like im not appreciative but at the same time im not sure who is really crapping on who here i need help.
Any other time i have had to hold pups for longer i have been reimbursed for care and time
Im searching for the right thing to do without loosing my but here help me please.
