I think it is wise to educate yourself on breeding. The best breeders are ones that try to BETTER the breed and do so by establishing a good, well organized breeding program. It takes research, mentors, some travel (you do want to check out prospects), and money. I hope that it works out for you ...... and for the betterment of the Yorkshire breed. Good Luck!
