my sugar was always car sick , tryed bonnine and bendryl and cola surype in carrier , on seat , in lap nothing worked. i bought a car seat thought why not i've already spent tons of money on other things, even tryed putting my male yorkie cota in carrier with her still sick and she made him sick too. car seat was the best thing i've ever bought, she has'ent got sick at all , she loves to go in the car now. so glad i bought it, good luck
