I don't think they'd want her "suckling" bc she may aspirate into her lungs if she has the cleft.
Can they use a tiny non-needle syringe to get past the cleft and force some food (they'll have to make a formula for her) into her? There are folks on here with WAY more experience in clefts than me - hopefully they'll chime in soon...
