I looked at my guy's vet records, and it would correspond to your pup's weight as 4.12, so 4 lbs plus 1.92 oz. Seems like the vet would use a digital scale which would make it 4.12.
You could check your scale with some things, like food, you purchased that have weights close to 4 or 5 lbs.
