pancreatitis is what i thought too
these little guys have to be on lowfat foods as they are prone to pancreatitis. My dex almost died of this 2 years ago. When they do the blood work make sure they do an add on cpli and tli as the lipase and amylase are not very accurate at all for this. Ultrasound is kind of a waste but that blood work cpli and tli are very accurate -- good luck and hope your little one is feeling better today but i would not feed that food anymore
