I feel for you and your puppy Maya, but I also understand about you're not wanting to walk her outdoors.

However I believe ACTIVITY is what she needs to get her digestive system MOVING ALONG to the end... and out! After her dinner, play with her and get her running and hoping/jumping a little - NOT off furniture or anything. Maybe sit on the floor with your legs out straight and have her jump over your legs - back and forth. Lead her with toys or tiny treats. Get her EXCITED and MOVING (to get her excited, YOU have to be excited). That should help her eliminate before bedtime. Good luck and keep us posted.
