One tip, don't stuff yourself. I smoked only for a few years and quit when I was trying to get pregnant for my oldest. After meals was the hardest for me (that and driving..) but I found that if I didnt overfill myself, it wasnt as bad. As for in the car if that is another difficult area, get toothpicks to chew on and play with. Its not a very flattering look, but its no worse than a smoke hangin out of your mouth, lol. I used to be a very nervous driver and always needed something to fiddle with.
