I would send a certified letter , just letting her know of your puppies condition. In the letter state you have left several voice mails and have gotten no response. This is just for documented proof that you attempted to inform her of the problem several times in the given time. If she calls about the letter just tell her you sent it before you talked to her. Hopefully it won't come to that but if it did you would have a legal paper trail. If she is shady most likely she will say she never got your messages or spoke to you. Cover all your bases. Believe me I learned the hard way. |
