In MI Prop 2 is the stem cell debate. I had to look up CA prop 2. I didnt see the whole proposal, but I do believe animals should be allowed to move around and not stay so confined. From the summery that I read on it, I would vote yes as well. My prop 2 however, will be getting a big fat no.
