I have a bitch that has/had it but since I keep the house at a normal temp range and let her go out in the sunshine and keep her ears warm some of the hair has grown back but will never have long flowing ear hair.
I hope this helps some...I haven't found anything that will grow the hair completely back on the ears and I've tried just about everything...but she does have some hair

Hey Donna,
Didn't Terri Schumsky/Vassar Square have an article on her web site on treating black ear or yorkie crud.....something about using Lotrimin 2% on clearing it up and getting the hair to grow back.
