I just wanted to add that before I got Zoe, I didn't realize just how small and fragile these little guys are. She's only about 5 1/4 lbs and I get nervous sometimes with the kids. Not that my 5 year old is not gentle with her but just when he's running and jumping around, I'm afraid she's gonna get hurt when she's chasing after. My sister has a yorkie who is about 12 lbs and he's still small but not nearly as fragile so maybe you might want to reconsider such a small one with your little ones....just a suggestion.
