Loaded’ n Oated Veggie Pizza ¼ cup Fiber One bran cereal (original) ¼ cup Oats (not instant) ¼ cup fat free egg substitute ½ tsp garlic powder 1 tbs diced mushrooms 1 tbs diced peppers 1 tbs diced onions 1/3 cup canned tomato sauce 1/3 cup shredded fat free mozzarella Salt and Pepper – optional Preheat oven to 400 In a food processor, grind cereal and oats into crumbs. In small bowl, combine crumbs, egg substitute and garlic powder; mix well. Coat skillet with nonstick spray; heat over medium high heat. Spoon in bran mixture and smooth into a large circle for a thin crust; smaller for thick crust. Allow bottom to brown slightly, then gently flip. Once both sides are slightly browned, remove from pan and cool. In a pan misted with non stick spray, cook diced veggies over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour sauce over the crust. Evenly top crust with cheese and veggies. Place pizza on oven rack and cook for 10 minutes. If desired, season to taste with salt and pepper.
