then I guess I would make them do i not around me. I have never had a dog exihibit such behavior and no one that I know has ever had one eihter.
I do not believe that it is normal behavior for a well adjusted, submissive, neutered/spayed dog. it is bad behavior and should not be allowed.
In fact if a male is allowed to do it their penis will come out and can become sore and infected.
Y'all can let yours do it if you want to, but in my house there will be no such behavior.
