Thank you Cindi, for your clarification. As for people stopping these things...anyone can speak up. Honestly, I think the best thing for people to do now is to put pressure on the legislators. That is where everything starts.
These people who run these awful places know the laws very well and manage to get around them to abuse and neglect animals.
It is just horrifying that people do these things. I cannot fathom the type of mind it takes to look at these precious faces and do what they do to make money off of them. |
