This seems to be a very common topic on here! It is common that puppies do this. I would recommend using fresh pineapple or meat tendorizer in their food. The pineapple tastss sweet going in, but bitter coming out, and it will usually deter them from eating their poop!
If that doesn't help, go to the vet and get something called FOR-BID. It is something you add in their food to make it not taste so good.
But, I would try the pineapple, or the meat tendizer first!
