As others have stated the BEST place for L.S. Surgery is with Dr. Tobias at U of Tenn - I think someone posted that the LS and other tests and spay cost $1300 ~ Which is pretty inexpensive, you could look for airfair for a non busy time and maybe get a great deal and I am sure a hotel in the area for a handful of days won't be so bad....You could probably do the whole trip and surgery for about $2000 and You would be having it done by the BEST
