Great plan! The most important thing to remember is how vulnerable the puppy is compared to your adult yorkie. The adult may want to play, and could hurt the puppy (not meaning to) - so they should never, ever be unsupervised as long as size is still an issue. And, of course, the adult may have some insecurities at first too.
