Well done! I know it's hard.....I smoked from the age of fifteen till I was 23...I gave up the day I found out I was pregnant with my first child and 4 years on I'm still a non-smoker. I'm so glad I did it...especially since the smoking ban came in here last year....I don't fancy standing outside the pub in the rain on a saturday night just to have a fag! (and this is England so the weather's always crap!) keep up the good work...you can do it!!!xxx
