Continue giving him Nuri-Cal. Try mashing his food into almost liquid so he can easily eat it. If you feed him dry food, you can soak it in water until soft then mash it with a spoon. If he still refuses to eat, you can use a syringe (without needle) to force-feed him the liquified food. You need to put something in his stomach atleast 4 times a day since his small size makes him so fragile and susceptible to hypoglycemia. Be sure to feed him high quality food because it's healthier and tastes better.
