I was hoping someone would answer that knew something about this, in the meantime, you could try this, go to "my computer" and look at the page, then hook up your phone to your computer, and see what else it shows, and right click on this. Usually it will give you several options, like "open" or "open with" you could try just open, and see what it says. What kind of phone is it? Are you sure no software came with it?
