Oh gosh, I'm so scared that he'll choke himself or, worse, another animal or human beast will hurt him especially since there's no fence.
To the OP, it was very kind of you to find him a new home and I'm so mad that the owner went back on his word. Please keep us posted on what happens to the little guy. I'm So so so worried, especially with the colder weather coming
