That is so sad to hear about a little yorkie tied to a tree. He is very vulnerable there. Is there a fence? If not, he could fall prey to any big dog that comes along.  |
It is sad.. There is no fence. He is tied to a tree in their front yard, right next to a curb. They live in town.
