I have mink sheen shampoo and it used to make him shine so nice, but this new texture to his hair is not shining with the mink sheen anymore, any suggestions on how to care for this type of coat? I just wonder if it will stay this way or if it will change texture again, the cotton coat is deff harder to care for it seems.

Try feeding the coat from the inside out.....adding Missing Link Plus and/or Flax Seed Oil........

My suggestion is (and don't laugh) using Mane and Tail Shampoo and Conditioner (leave the conditioner in for about 5 minutes).....As a groomer/breeder/exhibitor I've had great success using it on the soft coated or cottony coated yorkies
