The suggestions by others of using a spray bottle or can of pannies while it can be effective does not teach a dog what else it is to do instead of attack.. it is a stop action which looks great in the short term but can and most likely will cause fall out else where.

Stop action is goo but in that stop action you need to teach what you want the dogs to do... go to a kennel, look at you, move away from the other dog and reward that... and then put that actioon ion cue.

What you have had is a fear reaction to the Jasmine by Tink.
Jasmine came in loking and smelling like goodness knows ans scared poor Tink.
And made her look like the bad guy. Now you are afriad and punishing and tense and poor tink still getting the message taht jasmine is the bab guy.

So Tink needs some attention and help calming down and is not the bad guy. She just upset and worried .
So nothing in life is free a lot of help in listening to sit and down and come on one call. A lot of postive reinforcement when jasmine is in the room that all is well.
Tink on a leash to grab if you need to and go the other way.

The two should not be left alone.

I look into getting a behaviour person to have a look.

Oh and one other thing up Tinks enegry out put get her tired but not over tired.
