I would run the other way
IF that is a splitter, most reputable breeders that have splitters, are very very careful where they end up, and don't put them out there with breeding rights.
There are many good responsible Biewer breeders in the USA now. I would suggest doing a google search on Biewer breeders, and then talk to them and go see them if possible.
