No that is NOT normal.. Sorry but this lady sounds like a mill owner / BYB.. My pup came with a 5 year health garantee. Have she bothered to keep in touch with you at all? My dogs breeder called the day after we brought her home to make sure everything was going fine and we had no problems. That is what a responsible breeder does (The breeder of my brothers samoyed did the same thing) Is your puppy AKC registered or registered with any clubs? Did you see her 'breeding facilities?' Did yoiu see the puppies parents or get a tour of there home showing where the dogs ussually 'hang oout' May i ask what you paid for her?
