I thought the same thing when I saw her doing this so I asked her the same thing, if hair if her hair was hard....I felt it and it wasn't, her hair is soft when she's done.....maybe it has to do with the spray.....all I've sen her use is stuff like Pantene and Rave, nothing fancy......I don't know much about hair myself, I just clip and go....
