I just joined YorkieTalk today. My husband and I are empty- nesters...no kids at home and no Yorkies at present. Our two beloved Yorkies (one male, one female) died within the past two years at the grand old ages of 14 and 15. We are finally ready for another Yorkie, but we would like to adopt a retired mother Yorkie rather than a puppy.

We are hoping that we can link to some help through this forum. We live in N. Richland Hills, TX which is very close to the Dalllas/Ft. Worth Airport.
