Their shampoos and conditioners are highly concentrated, and Joey's breeder recommended mixing them 1 to 4 parts water before using, and then you still would mix this solution with water. Little flakes can sometime be cause by not thoroughly rinsing, and shampoos or conditioners left on the skin can cause this. So make sure you rinse thoroughly after shampooing and conditioning, I set a time for 1 minute after I think I finished rinsing, just to make sure. Don't use too warm of water either, as this can dry hair and skin and strip it of its natural oils, so water should be lukewarm.
