I was told by a groomer that they sweat from the bridge of their nose, maybe it is accurate because it always gets more severe when they are running around like crazy. |
My 2 that tear constantly are 2.75 lbs. and 4 lbs. The 4 pounder's tearing is getting better so maybe her little drain is getting bigger too. Mine only tear on the crease of their nose, not on the bridge so it may be different. I have never heard of them sweating on their bridge. If it is windy, mine tear more as their eyes water more. My other 3 that don't tear are larger dogs (5, 6 and 8 lbs.) and have never had a problem with tearing.
