I ordered my Cowboy Magic Detangler after reading this thread.
I got it yesterday, and I just tried it in Pix, to get rid of some mats.
Well, I don't know what I did wrong, but it didn't work.
I rubbed lightly a small amount, as directed in the tube, directly on the mat, but it only made it oily. I brushed too, and it was just the same.
Tomorrow I'll give her a bath and use it after towel , maybe that is the trick?
She is 4 moth olds and mats easily.
...dissapointed....
