Most dogs don't need and shouldn't have it.

You really do need to comply with the rabies laws because if something happens, they can demand a rabies test on her and that is done on brain tissue, so she would have to be euthanized. At the very least, they would probably want to quarantine her...

One year boosters are important because the immune system wasn't mature as a pup, so she does need at least one more round of parvo and distemper and then you could decide the protocol you want to use from there.

Adenovirus 2/Hepatitis is also a core vaccine.

I do want to add that Adenovirus and Hepatitis usually only affect young puppies, and both of those are treatable illnesses which is why I don't recommend vaccinating against them.
