Mashed potatoes or white rice or maybe even sweet potato.
Then you could add a protein. Fish if it sets well for her? Tough one.

I don't usually say hamburger because it is so fatty. If she does well on beef though you could try very lean hamburger if you think it's okay.
Then when she starts to get better I'd probably add in green beans.
You can go a different way and give yogurt with active cultures and banana if she tolerates it.
Or you could give bread, toast or crackers
