That is my hope and was my plan in getting him. I wanted her to have someone at home with her and a buddy. Thanks so much for giving me hope on this issue. I do separate them during the day when I'm gone. I felt she needed time in the day to not be stressed out. I'm so afraid of her getting all stressed.....LOL I'm such a worrier.
Tonite she actually got him with one of her teeth and he jumped back..rolled on his back, fell in the water and squalled and cried. That broke my heart..LOL but his is the first time she really had had it as he was trying to eat her food. I talked to the vet today and she reinforced this..to let Corkie teach him... and help her be dominate by always treating, greeting and feeding her first.
