I can't stand those parents who don't teach their children proper manners
Not only towards animals, but also towards other people and their property. Some kids are just out of control (ie. my parents' friends have kids who leave a path of destruction wherever they go...and one of them is 15!). Makes you just want to discipline their kids since they won't do it themselves
