Smile Poor little yorkie!

I am glad your little yorkie is okay! You are a very patient person to address that child the way you did. I KNOW I would have snapped quickly and would want to jerk a knot in that child's tail! I mean really one must wonder why does the parent not teach the child to behave in someone else's home and even more to treat animals with respect. You are right, yorkies are small dogs and since getting my first yorkie almost six months ago I am learning more each day that they really cannot be treated in many ways like other dogs are treated. I tried to let mine outside the other day and it was a typical cool fall morning but she would not go out at all, neither would my daughters little yorkie who is two weeks younger. It was cool to me but cold to them. I got to thinking about it and realized they are really not like other dogs, they are so much smaller and will feel more the cold wheather. I am sure they will not want to go out at all this winter. Sometimes the wheather here in the northern Virginia area can be really bad in the late fall and winter. I think I am going to buy more piddle pads and hope for the best! Take good care of your baby, I am glad he/or she seems okay from the throwing fiasco.
