I've used them for years. I get the 4 pound rolls in lamb and rice and both mine have been allergy free since I started using them.

I cut the 4 pound roll in 4 parts, refrigerate it, and cut off a 1/2 inch slice a.m. and p.m. for 2 girls. Just dice it up in pieces.

It's like cutting summer sausage. The turkey is harder than the beef and the lamb for some reason. Drier seems like.

I like the little rolls for travel.
