Why don't you mix it with a little cannned food? That is what I started to do and they LOVE IT! I've been taking the kibble adding a little, maybe a talbespoon of venison and sweet potato from the can with warm water which makes a little gravy~you would think they were eating at a 5 star restaurant. Give it a try if it doesn't work you can return it to Petco. I asked when I had to change. The shelves were empty when I went today. They didn't even have it in the cans anymore.
