I really dont see much of a problem. I mean you have kept them separated but in the same room. So its not as if you are introducing them as strangers. I bet when you finally do let them all back together there will be some fun in your house. I bet they all play happily together. The pups may still try to suckle form mum. I kept 1 of my pups from a previous litter. She didnt want to suckle mum as her mum was having none of it. Instead she preferred my thumb. LOL. She is 1 and a half now and if I let her she would still suck it. LOL
